Force Feedly to accept and include an RSS or ATOM feed URL

To force Feedly to accept and include in our subscription list an RSS or ATOM feed URL that we know it exist but we are unable to include using the “Add website” feature, we can use this URL http://www.feedly.com/home#subscription/feed/http://example.org. Where http://example.org, the URL for the feed.
